A corrupted central 46 has been established that is controlled by the 5th espada and his/her's fraccion. There are no specific squads or duties..except judgement upon someone's life.

Rukongai Ruins

This is a destroyed Rukongai after tthe rogue shinigami and hollows took over under the arrancar and Espada. Hollows now live here and eat souls immediately after they are sent here by shinigami's in the real world.
