Bellow the ruins is a grotto untouched by the horrors above. There is a natural spring that flows here and it very cool. The cave is one of my many bases but where I often find myself staying. There is a rough rock slab for a table and operating table if needed. There are also various pieces of medical equipment scattered around. Basically whatever I had managed to scavenge over the years. There is also one lone cot near what looks like a small fire pit.
